Wednesday, September 24, 2025(TEXAS)__At the 2025 annual conference of the Kenya Nurses Association of America (KNAA), the Government of Kenya through the State Department for Diaspora Affairs(SDDA), reaffirmed its dedication to partnering with Kenyan health professionals abroad.

Representing Diaspora Affairs PS, Ms. Roseline K. Njogu, Ms. Anne Mruche, Deputy Director-Skills and Expertise Division, emphasized the value placed on the nurses' expertise and professional networks.

The Government's strategy focuses on strengthening healthcare partnerships through skills exchange, mentorship programs, and investment opportunities.

The contributions of these medical professionals were also celebrated, particularly their initiatives that give back to communities through corporate social responsibility and compassion projects. This engagement is part of a broader effort to foster knowledge and skills transfer back to Kenya.
