Wednesday, August 27, 2025(NAIROBI)__Diaspora Affairs Principal Secretary Roseline K. Njogu has emphasized the need to understand diverse audiences and identify key connection points to improve Government service delivery.

Speaking at a meeting of Principal Secretaries chaired by Mr. Amos Gathecha, Deputy Head of Public Service, she stated that leveraging this understanding is crucial.

PS Njogu also highlighted the role of emerging media and technologies for disseminating information and analyzing public sentiment.

She advocated for a "whole-of-Government" approach, utilizing a multi-level mix of relevant communication mediums to better serve Kenyans.

The meeting, attended by Government Spokesperson, Mr. Isaac Mwaura and various state and non-state actors, featured presentations from communication experts.
