12^th February 2025(NAIROBI)__Diaspora Affairs Principal Secretary. Ms Roseline K. Njogu, accompanied by Ambassador Isaiya Kabira, Secretary for Investments, Skills, and Entrepreneurship, hosted a delegation from the Goethe-Institut led by Ms. Cristina Nord.

The meeting focused on potential collaboration to expand German language training across institutions in Kenya, addressing the growing demand driven by the recently signed Comprehensive Migration and Mobility Partnership agreement.

Discussions also explored strategies to enhance access to German language training within the existing educational framework and identify opportunities for expansion to support labor migration to Germany.

Ms. Nord was joined by Ms. Claudia Schilling and Mr. Kreston Pfirmann from the German Embassy. Also present were Ms. Phyllis Githua, Strategy Head at OPS, and Foreign Service Officers: Abdilbasid Hassan and Anne Kimani.
