Thursday, March 13, 2025(NAIROBI)__Diaspora Affairs Principal Secretary, Ms. Roseline K. Njogu hosted H.E Neal Richmond, Minister of State for International Development & Diaspora in the Foreign Ministry of Ireland, who called on her at Diaspora Affairs offices.

The two leaders shared experiences of diaspora management, and further discussed ways to collaborate and enhance relations between Kenya and Ireland, particularly leveraging engagement of the Diaspora to harness opportunities for technology transfer, labour mobility, investment and cultural exchanges and documentation.

The also reaffirmed commitment to working together to finalize pending legal frameworks, as well as explore new areas for cooperation for the mutual benefit of their respective citizenry.

The meeting was attended by Amb. Caitríona Ingoldsby @IrlEmbKenya, Amb. Hellen Gichuhi, Secretary Welfare & Partnerships/SDDA, Mr. Karl Gardner, Director Irish Abroad and Ms. Irene Karari, Director Skills/SDDA among other dignitaries.
